Delivery Across South Africa

Queerly Collective currently delivers within South Africa.

We are a small, proudly South African business, and every order is packed with care before being handed over to our courier partner. Our goal is to keep delivery simple, reliable, and affordable while making sure your QC pieces reach you safely.

Delivery Rates

Free delivery
Orders over R500 qualify for free standard delivery within South Africa.

Durban next-day delivery
Durban-based delivery locations qualify for next-day delivery at R30.

Standard national delivery
Orders outside Durban are charged at a flat rate of R99.

Delivery rates may be reviewed from time to time if courier costs change.

Durban Next-Day Delivery

For customers in Durban and surrounding Durban-based delivery areas within a 20km radius of Durban Central, we offer next-day delivery for R30.

To qualify for next-day delivery, your order must be placed and paid for before our daily cut-off time of 12:00, midday. 

Orders placed after the cut-off time, over weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Next-day delivery applies to Durban-based locations only and may exclude outlying areas.

Standard South African Delivery

For orders outside Durban, standard delivery usually takes approximately:

Major city centres: 2-5 business days
Regional or outlying areas: 4-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather, public holidays, stock availability, or circumstances outside our control.

Courier Partner

We currently use reliable South African courier services, with preferred fulfilment through The Courier Guy via Bob Go where available.

This allows us to access trusted courier networks, generate tracking details, and offer practical delivery options for a small local business.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing time means the time needed to prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the courier. This is separate from the courier delivery time.

During busy periods, launches, promotions, Pride season, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your tracking details where available.

Please allow some time for tracking links to update after the courier receives your parcel.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address, email address, and contact number are correct before completing your order.

Queerly Collective cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver because no one is available, the address is incorrect, or the recipient cannot be contacted, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

Please provide an address where someone will be available during normal delivery hours.

Public Holidays and Weekends

Courier deliveries usually take place on business days.

Orders placed over weekends or South African public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
